The Past, Present and Future
OFJ Connections Ltd is the fastest growing crew and passenger transportation company at Heathrow airport.
Established in 1999 we operate a fleet of 95 modern buses ranging from 8-seater mini-buses to 53-seat coaches. In 2005 Executive cars were identified as having growth potential to support our existing premier coaching services and to that end we launched this new service in April 2006 under the OFJ Cars banner.
Our airport offices were purpose built in 2003 to provide a modern control room and ancillary offices for our workforce. At the same time, and to ensure greater efficiency, we also invested in a new fleet communication system. This creates an audit trail for management and quality control purposes.
In a consistent effort to improve service performances and strengthen business developments, we are keen to work with airline operations personnel, airport authorities and new customers to ensure safe and efficient work practices are maintained.
At the airport we use various Information systems (Eclipse and S.I.S). They provide the facility to monitor live flight movements and the assigned stands - this reduces the operational demand on airline staff as we are able to provide coaches as required.
We have a dedicated Lead Driver and Training Manager which consistently supports our business goals and service performances.
